Contract Manufacturer Quote Process, Pre-2000 Version A
Buyer provides assembly information to the contract manufacturer
for a quote. The contract manufacturer explodes the assembly and
sends Request for Quote (RFQ) to the supplier for components that
are not provided by the buyer.
