The EIDX Business Process Subcommittee
The Electronics Industry Data Exchange (EIDX) Business Process subcommittee develops business process models that are key to the development of industry-wide e-Business implementations. Other activities include —

• Identifying the established and dynamic (emerging/evolving) supply chain of e-Business processes, which include financial and logistics infrastructural processes
• Modeling and documenting established business processes, scenarios and rules for conducting business between trading partners
• Developing, modeling, documenting and participating in the pilot test of dynamic business processes in conjunction with the Technology Subcommittee and the Guidelines and Standards subcommittee
• Working with the Education and Promotions subcommittee to promote dissemination of Business Process subcommittee work products and reporting the results of pilot projects
